"A little tricky to set up, but works really well"
The Cisco setup took me a bit to wrap my head around at first, but once I got it configured, everything ran smoothly. The documentation was actually helpful and got me through it

"Easy to set up"
Setup was really simple. It worked on the first try. No hassle at all.

"It works, but finding things gets tiring"
The site does what it’s supposed to, but the menus feel a bit all over the place. Sometimes I’m just trying to get one simple thing done and end up clicking around longer than I want to. It’s not unusable, just kind of draining when you’re already tired of dealing with another service.

"Pretty good value, just not super cheap"
I used cisco.com to, you know, compare and buy some networking gear for our small office, and overall it was a smooth experience. The prices are definitely not the lowest out there, you do kind of notice it even more if you need to add licenses and all that stuff.

That being said, the value is still solid, in my opinion. The products last, the support docs are easy enough to find, and, I mean, I’d rather pay a bit more than mess around with random cheaper gear that might cause problems later. So yeah, 4 stars from me.

"Worked fine with what we already use"
Cisco made it easy to see what would fit with our current setup. The integration details were clear enough, and we didn’t have to spend much time hunting around. Everything connected without much trouble. Overall, smooth.

"I’ve been using Cisco switches at work..."
I’ve been using Cisco switches at work for years, and they’re just really solid overall. They’ve got some weight to them, the ports feel clean, and there’s none of that cheap plastic vibe. They can run sorta hot at times, but they never feel flimsy or questionable. they feel like the kind of gear you put in a rack and basically forget about for years.

"Grows with us without turning into a whole thing"
We’ve been using Cisco for our office network, and it’s been painless as we’ve grown. More people joined, more laptops and phones and random devices showed up, like they do, and we didn’t have to tear everything apart or start over. We just kind of expanded it piece by piece, which was a relief. The setup did take a little figuring out at first, not going to pretend it was instant, but once it was up and running it handled the extra load without making a fuss. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Still dependable after all this time"
Thinking back on all the times we’ve used it, I can’t remember it ever giving us much trouble. It just keeps working, even after years of regular use, and that’s why I’ve come to trust it.

"I installed the software update and..."
I installed the software update and, thankfully, everything went smoothly. It did take way longer than I expected, so there was a brief moment where I wondered if I’d be trapped waiting forever, but in the end there were no major issues. Just a little dramatic waiting game, nothing disastrous.

"I had to reach out to cisco..."
I had to reach out to cisco support over a switch config issue, and I was a little stressed because I didn’t want a small problem turning into downtime or lost productivity. It took longer than I’d hoped to get routed to the right person, which was the main downside. But once I got the engineer on the line, he clearly knew what he was doing and explained the issue in a way that actually made sense. The fix was quick after that. Overall, good experience — I just wish the handoff was faster so I wasn’t sitting there worrying about what we might lose if it dragged on

"Solid security once we got it going"
I wasn’t totally sure how Cisco security would fit for our office at first, but I felt relieved after trying it. Setup wasn’t too bad, and once it was running, it felt dependable. Some of the settings can be a bit confusing and maybe more than we need sometimes, but overall it works well and gives us peace of mind.

"I’ve used the site a few times..."
I’ve used the site a few times for projects, and overall it’s been solid. It does what I need without much hassle. The only thing that still throws me off is the licensing. Maybe it’s just me, but I always end up double-checking what’s allowed before I use anything.

"Support was quicker than I remembered"
I was trying to track down the right firmware download on Cisco and ended up reaching out to support. From what I remember with these kinds of things, I expected it to take a while, but they got back to me fast. It did take one follow-up before I got the exact link I needed, but the person helping me was friendly and didn’t just disappear. Not a perfect process, but compared to other support experiences I’ve had, this one was solid
